LICENSE TO USE PRODUCTS
Any products purchased from TeacherClipart are purchased by you for your personal use and not for distribution or resale.
TeacherClipart downloads are able to be printed/used for personal use by the purchaser only. They are intended for educational use, and are intended to be used in this way.
TeacherClipart (TeacherClipart.com.au) and entities of the site are all traded under the company Teach This Pty Ltd (ABN 65 129 713 015)
The term ("Content") refers to all material available on the TeacherClipart domain.
MEMBERSHIP TERMS
People wishing to make purchases of our products from time to time will need to register for membership of TeacherClipart.
By registering for membership of TeacherClipart you agree to these Terms of Use.
Individuals can register for annual Membership of TeacherClipart. Annual Membership provides access to all TeacherClipart under a single user license within the following conditions: (Limitations depend on the membership level user has choosen)
• All intellectual property rights in the materials you download remain with TeacherClipart.
• TeacherClipart content can be used only as provided, no alteration is permitted.
• TeacherClipart content may be used by you personally to teach your class of students.
• Access to TeacherClipart content cannot be shared or onsold. You understand and agree that you will not share your membership area access details with anyone else.
• You may use the TeacherClipart content to create lessons, resources, worksheets or other educational materials.
• You may onsell your educational material that include the TeacherClipart content, such as selling on ResourcefulTeacher.com.au
• TeacherClipart content as not be used for commercial purposes,.
The annual membership fee will be published on our website from time to time and may be amended at the beginning of each financial year.
No part of the membership fee will be refunded. The membership fee is payable for unlimited downloads for any period of time up to one year in duration.
CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
Your membership will expire on the day before the first anniversary of the date that you became a member, unless you renew your membership. Renewal reminders will be sent to you prior to the expiry of your membership. If your membership expires without renewal, your membership area access will stop working.
If you share your login details or otherwise breach these Terms of Use you may forfeit your membership and all monies paid, at our discretion.
If we believe that you have breached these Terms of Use we will provide you with one warning that you have breached our agreement and let you know that if you do it again your membership will be cancelled. After the first warning we reserve the right to cancel your membership at anytime if we believe that you have again breached any of these Terms of Use.
PAYMENT
Payment for products must be made in full before delivery.
If any taxes or levies apply in your place of purchase, you will be liable to pay that amount or an amount equivalent to those taxes or levies.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Downloaded content are immediately available to members of TeacherClipart. If you have any problems with an immediate download, please contact us.
DOWNLOAD PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS
We provide no guarantee that you will be able to use school computers to download TeacherClipart materials.
RETURNS/REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds or exchanges available for content that are immediately downloaded. If you have difficulty downloading any product, please contact us for assistance.
There is no exchange or refund for membership that you have decided you no longer if it has been 30 days from purchase date.
Refunds will be credited against your original method of purchase.
